When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Saturday, August 29th.

What do I do if I can't make it?

We will miss you! Please RSVP "Decline." If you have RSVP'd attending but later find that you can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as possible.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any late RSVPS because we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, if you do not RSVP by Saturday, August 29th, we must mark you as "Declined." We hope that you understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate any extra guests. If you received a plus one, it would appear when you RSVP.

Can we bring our children?

We decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exceptions are family members). We hope you understand.

Where are the wedding ceremony and reception?

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at La Bonne Vie Ranch located at 1827 Pfiester Road, Fredericksburg, Tx 78624.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors but will be under a covered area. The reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive by 4:00 p.m. to ensure you get your seat in time for the ceremony. Guests who arrive after the ceremony starts will be asked to wait until the cocktail hour to join the celebration.

What time does the wedding end?

Our sendoff is at 10:30 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

We encourage all of our guests to use our wedding as an opportunity to dress up! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. We ask that our guests avoid wearing white or any shade of white.

What color is the bridal party wearing?

The bridesmaids will be wearing navy. The groomsmen will be wearing dark gray suits.

Can I take pictures?

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an "Unplugged" Ceremony. We have professional photographers who will capture those special moments and do not want for any phones to block their views. We will share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away and share your photos/videos with us!

Will there be food served?

Yes, during cocktail hour we will have a selection of delicious hor d'oeuvres. Dinner will be served following the cocktail hour.

Will there be an open bar?

Drinks are on us! Please drink responsibly and preplan your safe ride home.

Is there available parking?

The venue has plenty of free parking for everyone!

Is there transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Is there anywhere local we can stay?

There are a lot of hotels around the Fredericksburg area! Please check out our "Travel" section for a couple of options. There are also lots of Airbnb options.
